A framed photo gallery enhances the Mediterranean style, while the dining area with a light-wood table and petrol-blue chairs sits opposite the minimalist kitchen and flows seamlessly onto the terrace through large windows.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and small appliances (toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner), as well as a dishwasher.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), two bedside tables, and wall lamps. In addition, the apartment includes a 1.50 x 2.00 m sofa bed in the living room, ideal for accommodating occasional guests.

Bathroom
The bathroom, with a modern and functional style, has a built-in shower with glass partition, micro-cement finishes and details that add a Mediterranean touch.

Terrace
The terrace, accessible from the living room, is partially covered and features a metal-frame sofa with green striped cushions, a wooden coffee table, and two handcrafted chairs. Decorated with greenery and natural materials, it is ideal for breakfast, reading, or relaxing at sunset. Upstairs, the solarium offers a private oasis with sea views, equipped with a barbecue, sink, dining table for six, and a sunbathing area, all framed by whitewashed walls and native vegetation that enhance the serene atmosphere.
