Single room in a 2-bedroom flat near Metro Wilanowska (subway station), close to shopping mall Westfield Mokotów, in a prestigious Mokotów district in Warsaw. The person living in the second room is a girl, so a girl is preferred also for this room.
Top location: 4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram/bus stop in Puławska street, 10 minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (wittily called Mordor) and to shopping mall Westfield Mokotów. Fast connection with public transport to all parts of Warsaw. Very well connected with schools and universities, for instance to Vistula (5 minutes by metro), SGH (5 minutes by metro), WUT (8 minutes by metro), SGGW, Lazarski Uni (walking distance), Warsaw University and others. There are several parks nearby with weekly events like Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) in the park nearby each Sunday from spring to autumn.
The room is full of light and sun, with a balcony, in a 2-bedroom apartment. Both rooms are lockable. You have just one neighbor.
This apartment consists of 2 single rooms, bathroom and a small kitchen with a dining table. The flat is just for two people who may enjoy their privacy in separate rooms. All windows are sound proof thanks to which it is a very quiet place despite convenient closeness to Warsaw's main streets and all kinds of public transport (metro, trams, buses, all within 1-4 minutes walk from the room). There is fast internet in the building.
Our building is located in one of the best and safest Warsaw’s locations. Upper Mokotów is a green and prestigious part of Warsaw excellently connected, just minutes drive to center.
Apartment building is surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can relax. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops (including several grocery shops opened also on Sundays), supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, bike paths. You can store your bike in the garden if you like.
Please note that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect others' right to be able to rest at home. People do not make noise here, clean after themselves and keep shared parts of the flat clean , they buy together hygienic/cleaning products to keep the flat clean and live comfortably. We particularly invite these people who wish to stay in a quiet and clean home . Please note only our tenants sleep here - no over-night guests are accepted to ensure a peaceful and friendly home for everybody. Our tenants do not organize parties here, nor group meetings of any sort, they don't make noise so that everybody is able to relax at home.

Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
Service fee
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
