Viktoria was very communicative and quick to respond, making the whole experience smooth and easy. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Great location too — just a short walk from the U-Bahn, so getting around is simple and convenient

Stylisch 2-Rooms Apt in Vienna's 5th District

Kurz vor Einzug wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es kein Internet gibt – obwohl in der Anzeige WiFi angegeben war. Stattdessen stand nur ein mobiler Router mit SIM-Karte bereit, den ich selbst installieren musste. Die Verbindung war instabil und musste regelmäßig neu gestartet werden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren nicht gereinigt, was zu einer schlechten ersten Nacht und einer Hautreaktion führte. Viele Fenster ließen sich kaum öffnen, eines gar nicht schließen. In der Küche fehlten grundlegende Dinge, Fernseher und Kamin funktionierten nicht. Keine Ansprechperson vor Ort. Ich würde diese Unterkunft aus diesem Grund nicht noch einmal buchen.
