Moderně zařízená garsónka vybavená vším potřebným. Oceňuji venkovní žaluzie. Spolupráce s majitelkou výborná. Odpověděla na všechny mé dotazy okamžitě a vždy vše rovněž okamžitě řešila. Pomohla mi vyřešit i některé věci spojené s vystěhováním. Jsem velmi spokojen.

Neighborhood
Zjevně nově vybudovaný obytný komplex moderně zařízený. Na jednu stranu blízko k metru Nádraží Holešovice a na druhou stranu snadno dosažitelná tramvajová doprava na třídě Komunardů. Pěšky lze dojít do nebližších obchodů včetně komplexu Holešovické tržnice.

Recommended places nearby
Z nádraží Holešovice se lze autobusem dostat ve velmi krátké době k Trojskému zámku s blízkou ZOO, botanickou zahradou a parkem Stromovka.

The apartment itself is just perfect for one person for work purposes. It is located in a very convenient environment in Holešovice with very easy access to trams and metro line C.
The apartment is very sunny and creates a cozy athmosphere.

Petronela is an absolutely exceptional host. She was extremely responsive to any comment and was very helpful any moment I had a question or a concern. Strongly recommended (for one person or a couple).

Neighborhood
The apartment is located near a football field, but this is hardly an issue since during nights it is inactive and since most of the time I was out at work or touring, this is not an issue whatsoever.
There is a convenient minimarket right in the corner of the street and a Billa supermarket 5 min away by foot.
A convenient tram station is at "Ortenovo náměstí" 5-7 mins. walking distance. Similarly, the "Nádraží Holešovice" metro station (Line C) is in similar distance from the apartment.
