This place combines design, comfort, and the ideal location for exploring local culture while spending time with your loved ones, comfortable teleworking, and even immersing yourself in the famous Fallas or going to the beach.

Location and getting around:
The apartment is located in a truly strategic area of the city, the heart of Ruzafa, the most trendy Valencian neighbourhood, where you will find endless gastronomic, cultural, and nightlife attractions. Being close to Parque Central and Gran Vía, you will be able to exercise in nature and enjoy relaxed walks. Most leisure activities, tourist attractions, and commercial areas are within a 10-minute walk. Examples include the Mercado Colón, Ciutat Vela, Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, Jardines del Turia, etc. If you enjoy riding bikes, this is the ideal place for you. The city provides safe cycling paths all around, and convenient bike rentals. In addition, you will be wonderfully connected, 10 minutes to both train stations Norte or Joaquín Sorolla, nearby Metro stops, and a bus stop at the door of your apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Valencia. The location is excellent, the apartment is very well equipped, and everything was perfectly clean. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly at all times. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this place.

Big, clean and beautiful apartment! Perfect location with all Restaurants, cafes,… 😍
I enjoyed my stay a lot! The kitchen had everything I needed and even the windows were new, so it’s quite inside. I will definitely come back. And Laura is really nice 🥰

Stylish home in a trendy neighborhood. Where you can find everything you need for your stay. Laura is super nice and caring person. Gave us many great tips to get to know Valencia. in it's best. Place is super clean, spacious and has a nice modern details with attention to an old traditional building. Loved to have a coffee at the balcony. I do recommend Laura's place a lot! Thank you!

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
