This bright and carefully furnished 48 m² apartment in Vienna’s 3rd district is located on the upper levels of a modern residential tower and offers sweeping views across Vienna from its private balcony.

Large windows fill the apartment with natural light and create a wonderful sense of space. The open-plan living area combines a comfortable lounge, dining area and a generous table that also works perfectly as a home-office workspace with a view.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable medium-term stay. It includes air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and everything needed to move in and feel at home immediately.

The sleeping area is cleverly integrated on a raised platform, creating a cosy and separate sleeping space while keeping the main living area open and spacious. Built-in storage stairs provide additional practical storage.

One of the apartment’s greatest highlights is its private balcony high above the city. With plants, comfortable seating and panoramic views over Vienna and the surrounding hills, it is a wonderful place for morning coffee, an evening drink or simply watching the sunset.

Exceptional amenities for residents

The residential complex offers much more than a typical apartment building. Residents have access to a 20-metre outdoor swimming pool, set on an approximately 900 m² sun deck with relaxation areas. There is also a spa area with sauna and steam room, a fully equipped fitness studio and an approximately 400-metre outdoor running track.
