Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

She has helped me literally with everything. There were no issues whatsoever with the apartment itself, which is very stylish, homey and lovely. Pavla has been the one to introduce me to living here, explain things that were new to me, give me good advice. When I've gotten unwell, she had helped me as well with finding the doctor, and she has taken care of me. She kept on encouraging me, coming by for brief chats sometimes. She is a true lady. Staying at Pavla's and her wonderful family's place, felt like home and that was an incomparable experience. I would like to thank Pavla, her husband Garret, as well as their children, from the bottom of my heart for being always there for me and for making me feel like home. Nice calm area near nature, free parking just outside the house, good wifi, nice TV with Youtube and Netflix built in, walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and public transport. A wonderful flat with almost everything provided. If you have any problems, call Pavla and she is always there to fix it. This area is also a safe neighborhood so there’s nothing to worry about with a nice small park. Definitely will book again whenever I’m back in Prague!

Velmi prijemne bydleni v klidne casti Prahy. Byt je velmi cisty, velmi vkusne zarizeny vcetne kuchyne a vsech spotrebicu. Ac je bydleni ve vile, velkou vyhodou je samostatny vchod do bytu. Ve dne i v noci je zde naprosty klid. Velmi dobre spojeni na metro cca 5 minut. V blizkem okoli je Albert, Tesco, lekarna, obchody, restaurace u Mateje s vybornymi paninni, cukrarna, vyborna pizzerie se skvelou pizzou a zmrzlinou. Doslova za rohem muzete relaxovat v parku, v lese, nebo v prirodni rezervaci Horni Sarky. Majitelka je velmi vstricna a ochotna. Vrele doporucuji vsem, co hledaji skvele bydleni v klidne casti Prahy. Rada se budu zde vracet. Za mne *****.
