We offer for rent a 35 sqm apartment in Dob Street in district 7. It is on the quiet, 2nd floor, of a 4 stories historic building. The Apartment is fully renovated and furnished by a local talented design team in 2019.

The property consists of a living room, a bathroom, a kitchenette connected to the main living room, and a loft-style bedroom located in the same airspace.
There is a laundry room for the tenants on the corridor equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, cleaning equipment, iron, and an ironing board.

There are 3 other properties that are rentable. Each of the apartments is rented combined or separate as they are interconnected with a common corridor. This way each of the units can be utilized as a secluded “Home-Office” away from the lively happenings of the family. Some units have a generous size living room that serves as the dining and entertainment room of the unit, open to an „American” kitchen.

Extras:

-The state-of-the-art Air Ventilation system ensures the apartments are always refreshed with new air as well proper humidity control is secured at all times. The apartments are extremely bright, receiving abidance of natural light enhancing the ergonomic feelings of the apartments.
- It is also worth to mention the apartment is sound insulated to provide further privacy and comfort for the tenants.
- Entering the apartments is operated by an electronic keypad, it has installed with smoke and CO alarm sensors as well an alarm home security system for maximum security. Each unit can be alarmed separately when it is necessary.

Transportation and Location

The area has easy access to the Tram Station on Erzsebet Boulevard, Metro station, and 5 minutes taxi ride to East Railway Station as well every part of the city. Both on the Pest and on the Buda side of the town points of interest are reachable by many different transport types in minutes.

Neighborhood
Its in the very center and party area of Budapest. Not so clean, but very hipster area. The apartment was very silent despite the loud area.
