Beautiful apartment in a beautiful, completely renovated building, located on the border of Vinohrady and Vršovice. The apartment is surrounded by all amenities, shops, restaurants in place. At the same time very quiet and safe location, bus direction Nám. Míru 0,5min. from the house, walk to the center about 30min.

The apartment is very cozy and consists of living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with tub, separate toilet and hall. In the living room you will find a comfortable new sofa and coffee table, kitchenette and dining table, TV. The bedroom has a large double bed, one single bed (need not be there if necessary), bedside tables, lamps and wardrobe. Ideal for couple, max. 1 child.

The apartment has a cellar and a separate terrace on the roof of the house, great in summer. The house also has a gym.

Very comfortable apartment. Good area, easy transport connections, a large shopping centre and a hospital nearby. The apartment had everything we needed, was very warm and was baby-friendly. The owner was amazing and has responded to any queries that we had in a matter of minutes. We had a very pleasant stay, thank you!

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases.
