A few meters away is a bus stop Chodovec, just a two stops away from the metro station C - Chodov, for example, by direct bus line 115 (or 10 minutes walking distance). At the metro station Chodov is a popular shopping and entertainment center Chodov, with shops focusing on home decor, electronics, toys, hobbies and women's fashion and you could also visit their cafes, bars or restaurants.

One-bedroom apartment with total area of 34 meters square offers a compact space that is using partition walls for separating the housing unit for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The advantage is the exit directly into the outdoor seating area and a shared garden. The bedroom is furnished with modern double bed with leather heading, smaller storage space and a TV. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. Kitchen is interesting by its combination of colors: white, red and black. It offers electric stove, fridge with freezer, microwave and washing machine. Small seating for visits is provided by comfortable modern sofa.

The apartment offers good connections to the city center. For Sunday walks will be amazing to go in the nearby natural park Hostivař-Záběhlice.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
